Novation

Novation is a UK based manufacturer of electronic musical equipment, founded in 1992. Initially designing and building synthesisers, their early products quickly gained the brand widespread acclaim. Models such as the Bass Station, Drum Station and Supernova are held as modern classic among many synthesiser enthusiasts.

More recently, Novation has changed its focus slightly, manufacturing a range of high quality USB controllers, featuring Automap technology. The range includes the generously equipped SL models, the robust and affordable Impact controllers, along with the Ableton controller, the Launchpad. Novation still produces synthesisers, however, in the form of the highly praised Ultranova.
