Dawsons Music can deliver products to many destinations across Europe. We can only accept direct bank transfers as an method of payment for European orders. Due to the complexity of different weights and sizes of instruments you will need to contact us to get an accurate delivery cost for your instrument. Our European courier use a road service & typically takes 2-5 days (depending on the destination), & offers online tracking for all deliveries.

Important Information for overseas customers

• All orders are fully insured against loss or damage whilst in transit.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• All our advertised prices include VAT at 17.5%.
• All electrical products purchased from Dawsons Music will be designed to work on UK voltage &, where appropriate, will come with a 3 pin, UK style mains lead.
