The Essentials Digital Drum Kit provides outstanding value-for-money at only £349.99. As part of our March Madness offers we’re including a FREE Drum Throne worth £49.99 while stocks last.
The Essentials digital drum kit includes all the parts to get you started. The system comes in one box and includes a sturdy frame, plus all the hardware you need to attach the 7 pads to the stand. All the pads can be adjusted to achieve the optimum level for any player (age 6+). The included clamps allow you to adjust height and angle of each of the pads to make sure they’re comfortable. There are 3 cymbal pads – 1 of these is used as the drum kit’s hi-hat. The other 2 are used as a ‘splash’ cymbal and a ‘ride’ cymbal. There are also 4 drum pads to emulate the snare, bass and 2 toms that you would find on a standard 5-piece drum kit.
Inside the box you’ll also find colour coded leads that allow you to easily connect the drum pads to the ‘brain’ of the digital drum kit. The brain contains all the drum sounds and lets you select any of the included 30 drum kits which all have different sounds. This gives you flexibility to play different styles of music from rock to indie, soul to RnB. Electronic drum sounds are also included. 10 of the kits are user-selectable which means you can set up your own customised kits.
The digital drum kit’s brain also has 50 preset songs which you can play along to which are great for practicing and improving your timing. There’s also a built-in ‘click’ sound which acts as a simple metronome for use in practice. The unit also has a 1/4 inch socket (Aux-in). This lets you plug in an iPod or MP3 player and the sound of the iPod is mixed with the sound of the drum kit so you can play along to your favourite music. A dedicated headphone socket (1/4 inch) lets you plug in headphones for silent practice. The unit also has line outs that let you connect it to an external amplifier which will then let you hear the drum sounds without headphones.
Ideal for ages 6+ but can be used by beginners or semi-professionals as a practice or spare kit.
The unit also includes a high-speed Midi Out which can be used to connect to a computer (using an optional lead) and you can then trigger the sounds on your PC or Mac using software such as BFD2. This means you’ll never run out of drum sounds since your PC can load new sounds and the Essentials Digital Drum Kit will trigger them.
We bring these digital drum kits directly into the country and this means we can then pass the savings onto you. Why pay more for a digital drum kit when you can buy this unit, factory direct saving £s.
