Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III- Now in Stock!!
You may remember, a few months ago, we posted here about the announcement of the incredible new Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III. This incredible guitar was, in essence, a superb Epiphone Les Paul guitar with some very neat technology on-board. The Les Paul Ultra III features a Nanomag pickup at the end of the finger board, allowing for bright, shimmering tone, along with two ProBucker pickups, for rich, powerful, classic Les Paul tones. The really interesting aspect to the Ultra III’s pickups, however, lies in its ability to blend between the Nanomag and standard pickups to taste. Alternatively, the guitar features two separate outputs- one mono ‘blend’ of both pickup types, and one stereo output, allowing each pickup to be outputted via its own, separate channel.
But, the Epiphone Les Paul Ultra III ‘s technology doesn’t end there… Next to the two jack sockets lies a USB socket. This allows for easy connection to a computer for recording, or use with amp modelling software, without the use of any additional hardware. The package even includes a free download of Native Instrument’s Guitar Rig 4 LE software package. And finally, in a stroke of genius, the Ultra III has a convenient, chromatic guitar tuner, hidden in one of the pickup surrounds! Even better news- the feedback from our stores suggests that these tech-laden axes are just as pretty as they appeared to be, when the first images were released.
