The Line 6 Back Track is always recording – everything you play is captured onto its built-in 1Gig memory that can store up to 12 hours of audio. As soon as the BackTrack detects a signal it starts recording. It’s got a 1/4 inch socket for a standard guitar lead. You then connect the output of the BackTrack to your amp. After that, forgot about it and play as normal. In the background the Line 6 BackTrack will now be recording everything you’re playing.
A button the BackTrack “Mark” allows you to mark on the device what you’ve played is special and lets you easily review it. Forward and Reverse buttons let you quickly and easily find previous recordings. All the audio you’ve recorded on the Back Track can be transferred in full resolution WAV format using fast USB 2.0 to your Mac or PC where you can edit it or save it. The USB connection also charges the Line 6 BackTrack which comes with its own internal battery that can power it for over 8 hours.
The BackTrack is smaller than most guitar pedals and fits into your set up easily and discreetly so you can carry it around in your guitar gig-bag.
