North West Guitar Show 2013

North West Guitar Show 2013

The North West Guitar Show 2013 is bringing all things guitar related to Haydock, and Dawsons will be there…

Whilst most musicians will attest that they love nothing more than wandering around music shops, looking at, and trying the gear, there’s nothing quite like a music gear show. Because, well, there’s even more gear to look at and try, and usually you’ll get offers that are only available for the show, too.

The North West Guitar Show 2013 is one such show. Every year the event seems to offer more to attendees at its Haydock Park Racecourse Exhibition Centre location.

This year, more than 100 dealers and exhibitors will be present, and, as usual, there will be live music through out the day, and Dawsons will be there with a whole host of goodies to see and try…

Representatives from Gibson and Roland

Dawsons have been a sponsor of the North West Guitar Show for some time, and as such, the event is very firmly fixed in our calendar.

This year, we have a whole host of goodies on our stand for you to try, and some friends to help us show it to you.

Ray Miller from Gibson will be on-hand, to show off the lovely, lovely Epiphone and Gibson wares we have on show. In particular, Ray will be bringing along some of the excellent MinE-Tune equipped Guitars.

North West Guitar Show 2013 - Min-ETune Tuners

If you’ve ever shied away from experimenting with alternate tunings because of the hassle of re-tuning, you really need to see these in action- it’s like magic…

Roland’s guitar guru, Lee Wrathe, will also be around to guide you around the mind-blowingly comprehensive Boss and Roland range. Ever wondered what a guitar synth could do for you? Ask Lee. Want to know more about the flagship GT-100 processor? Lee will give you a tour.

In addition, Lee will be one of the performers playing on the day, along with the excellent UK blues guitarist, Ben Poole, astonishingly gifted 14 year old James Bell and many others.

Admission is just £7 with free parking, and there’s food and a bar available. Plus, you might even walk away with a guitar thanks to the free prize draw.

The North West Guitar Show 2013 takes place on Sunday 19th May, from 10am to 4.30pm. Full contact and location details can be found here.
