Retail Store Manager Vacancy – Warrington Store
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join our management team and head up our Warrington store. As Store Manager you will use your passion for the products and brands as well as commercial vision and people management experience to lead the store, maximising its full potential and profitability.

A successful candidate must have:

Proven excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
Ability to build relationships
Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness.
Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards
Proven ability and understanding of handling employment law and HR issues including disciplinary and grievance
Proven strong performance within a management role in a high volume and high turnover store.
Have the ability to demonstrate products
Proven experience of handling health and safety matters

In addition to retail and people management skills, the successful candidate must have a solid understanding in one or more of the following product areas: guitars digital/pro-audio equipment including music production equipment, keyboards, pianos.

A minimum of 3 years retail management and the handling of HR issues is required for this role.
