The Taylor Guitar Road Show is the kind of event that guitar enthusiasts get a bit giddy about. Taylor produces some of the World’s most desirable guitars. Revolutionising the production of boutique, premium guitars with cutting edge technology, and employing this technology in more affordable guitars too, you can guarantee that if it says ‘Taylor’ on the headstock, it’s going to be a great instrument.
Like all great instrument builders, Taylor produces guitars in a myriad of different shapes, woods and styles, which ultimately changes the tonal colour, and suitability for different playing styles. To the uninitiated, it be somewhat confusing to try to decide which guitar will suit your needs best. The Taylor Guitar Road Show provides demonstrations of how body shape and style, and also tonewoods affect the guitar tone. These sit alongside an impressive range in the Leeds store.
The highlight of the Taylor Guitar Road Show for many will be the section of the evening known as the ‘Petting Zoo’. As the name may suggest, this gives attendees the opportunity to get the Taylor Guitars in store in their own hands, and hear for yourself why the name ‘Taylor’ is a byword for excellence.
