Epiphone has brought back a true classic bass guitar of the early 1960’s with the EB-0 SG Bass Guitar. The EB-0 makes the authentic SG shape available to all bass players, with an easy to play short-scale, SlimTaper profile mahogany neck, and famous Sidewinder humbucker pickup, the Epiphone EB-0 SG Bass Guitar provides ultimate style, power, and performance.

Known for its legendary SG body shape, the Epiphone EB-0 screams a mixture of elegance and raw confidence. Built from a light mahogany tonewood, the EB-0 offers rich, vibrant tones, supplied in a thumpingly heavy bass tone that leaves the room shaking.

With a SlimTaper mahogany neck, the EB-0 boasts unrivalled comfort and playability, further enhanced by the 30½ short-scale neck, making a much easier transition from guitar to bass, or for aspiring bassists just starting out. A rosewood fingerboard with 20 medium jumbo frets and pearl dot inlays, creates fluid manoeuvrability and precision when gliding up and down the neck.

Customer Reviews
Love it
Posted on 08/11/2015 by Sajsa Absolutely love this bass! great sound and look influenced from AC/DC guitarist added bonus! Yeah its a bit heavier then majority of Basses but I really like the heavy weight of the Bass because it gives It a more rock feel to me and its not so heavy that it hurts, not at all. It's my first Bass too and I don't regret it.
Great first bass
Posted on 27/07/2015 by Shackled This is my first bass - so not a lot to compare it to - and it's fantastic, perhaps a little head heavy but the length is very handy for a beginner and especially a small one (5'2) such as myself. Lovely sound, would definitely buy Epiphone again.
Amazing for Beginner
Posted on 18/02/2014 by Mikey Really good overall sound, this was my first ever bass and I'm glad I chose it as it was pretty much the perfect beginner bass. The only negative impact on this bass in particular is that it is quite heavy to carry around but apart from that I would recommend it to anyone.
Posted on 19/07/2013 by CCoB An excellent beginner bass. Easy to get your hands around, sounds great, Its a little heavy, but not impossible to carry. My friends have affectionately named her Susan.
