The Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top is everything a les Paul should be. This guitar has been made to look and sound as a Les Paul should, but at a fraction of the cost of its Gibson counterpart. With all the character and tonal versatility that you could wish for, happily covering many musical styles and genres.
The Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Top is a double humbucker tone monster, with a great sound and a classic look, true to its heritage. The alnico Classic V Humbucking pickups give a rich, warm and clear noiseless sound with monstrous sustain, this sustain is assisted not only by the Solid Mahogany body but also by the Tune-O-Matic Bridge and Stop bar tailpiece. This Classic Les Paul design is stunning, with a flamed Maple top, Chrome pickup covers, a cream scratch plate and cream pickup surrounds. The neck is a set mahogany neck with a bound rosewood fret board, the fret board is furnished with medium Jumbo frets and trapezoid inlays. Other features include Grover machine heads; these quality tuners give excellent tuning stability.
