The CC-10 is a superbly built classical guitar by Farida, incorporating a wide range of premium appointments and features to ensure a bright, plentiful sound at an economical price. Hailing from the CC series, this model has a conventional classical body profile and is built using favourable, sturdy tonewoods which contribute to a comprehensive, full-bodied timbre.
The CC-10 is built to the archetypal classical body shape, using premium quality tonewoods which are often favoured for this particular type of guitar to give you the best possible sound. The body top of the CC-10 is made with solid cedar, known for its incredibly warm range of tones while also having the ability to improve with age. When fingerpicking, the cedar produces a rich classical timbre, and sounds beautiful even at its quietest. Mahogany is used to construct the back and sides of the CC-10, which is again recognised by its warm tones, but does well to contribute to the sonic character of this guitar.
Securely fitted to the body is a 650mm scale mahogany neck, offering a smooth, comfortable grip in your hand. Married to the neck is a sumptuous rosewood fingerboard, which has a naturally buttery feel, making it a fantastic choice to have as the playing surface beneath your fingertips.
HARDWARE AND FINISH
The CC-10 is fitted with a rosewood bridge which maintains a very strong connection between the strings and the body. At the headstock, 3 in line gold machine head tuners uphold tuning integrity with precision, so you can fingerpick and / or strum away to your heart’s content.
Complementing the natural wooden colouring of the CC-10 is maple / rosewood binding as well as a wood mosaic soundhole rosette for a lovely finishing touch to the appearance.
In order to preserve the guitar’s condition for a long life span, Farida include a case to protect it wherever you may go.

- great sound
I am not a natural classical player but I have come to realise that a good guitar will make you want to play longer and better so this is the perfect instrument for me to learn some of the classics, it plays Spanish style with clarity and the great tone and sustain makes learning more classical pieces a pleasure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this guitar.
