Designed in conjunction with the artist himself, the third in the Farida Artist Designed Series sees Sam Halliday, of 2 Door Cinema Club, getting his own signature guitar: the Farida JT-60 2DCC. Already an endorsee of Farida, with the CT-60 featuring heavily in his work, this new addition is something really special.
Crafted from 2-piece African mahogany, the body of the Farida JT-60 2DCC Sam Halliday Signature Electric Guitar features a totally unique body shape finished in vintage white, with an equally unique black single-ply pickguard offsetting the body.
The uniqueness of the Farida Sam Halliday Signature continues with the electronics. A P-90 pickup resides at the neck and an Alnico II single-coil pickup in the bridge, controlled by a three-way selector switch and master volume and tone controls knobs. The real standout feature of the guitar, however, is the built-in delay system with control knobs for time, level and repeat on the lower horn of the body.
As with each guitar in the Artist Designed Series, the Farida JT-60 2DCC Sam Halliday Signature has been restricted to the incredibly short run of just 25 instruments, each of which are individually numbered. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Sam Halliday, numbered dog tags and a hardcase.
