The Fender American Standard Hand Stained Ash Stratocaster HSH takes the classic Fender model and adds a tasteful hand-rubbed stain, covered by a protective satin-lacquer topcoat, to the ash body. Also, rather than the usual 3 single-coil pickup configuration, this model is supercharged with a pair of humbuckers sandwiching a single coil. As part of Fender’s FSR Series the Fender American Standard Hand Stained Ash Stratocaster HSH is seriously limited, with only 150 available worldwide, and just 45 of these finding their way to Europe.
NeckUnchanged from previous American Standard Strats, because it’s perfect the way it is, the Fender American Standard Hand Stratocaster HSH Stained Ash features a Bi-Flex Truss Rod System-strengthened maple neck, carved to the comfortable Modern "C" shape profile. Topping this is a 22 medium-jumbo fret maple fingerboard with a radius of 9.5".
