The Fender Jazzmaster Special Classic Player updates the famous Jazzmaster model with several modern improvements, including hotter pickups, an Adjusto-Matic bridge, 9.5" fingerboard radius and neck pocket with increased back-angle for improved stability and sustain.
With a smooth and clear tone the Jazzmaster does lives up to its name, but it has always been more popular as a rock instument. Elvis Costello and Sonic Youth are well known for thier use of Jazzmasters.
