The first ever complete recording package from Focusrite is here, the Focusrite Scarlett Studio. Just add a computer (PC or Mac) and you're ready to go! Great for singer-songwriters, budding composers and any other serious musician looking to join the home studio revolution, this bundle has everything you need to get going at a great price.

Professional quality, fully featured package

The hub of the Focusrite Scarlett Studio is the fantastic Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface, which already sits in the hands of many as a powerful but compact device, ideal for any home studio. This is a two-in, two-out interface, letting you record two different sound sources at once to separate tracks inside your computer. For example you could run both an acoustic guitar and microphone in to the interface, letting you record a full acoustic track which could be overdubbed with additional instruments later. You can use almost any instrument with the Scarlett Studio, thanks to the inclusion of both XLR and 1/4" jack inputs. Both of the mic preamps are of exceptionally high quality, having won awards in the past and being well known for crystal clear clarity. Two 1/4" TRS jack outputs are present on the rear of the device if you want to connect some studio monitors, ideal for expanding your set up at a later date.

Includes microphone & headphones

Alongside the powerful audio interface, the Focusrite Scarlett Studio package includes all the accessories to get you started. A Scarlett Studio CM25 microphone gives you even response which makes it very versatile. Perfectly at home capturing vocals, acoustic guitars, guitar amps or classical instruments, this cardioid pattern large diaphragm condenser microphone is the perfect home studio partner, enabling you to track great sounds quickly and easily. You even get a 3m XLR cable with the Scarlett Studio, so you can plug in and record straight away!

Great, you've got something to record with, but what about listening back? A set of HP60 headphones with extended frequency range (10Hz - 30kHz) and closed back design are there so you can mix your tracks after you finish recording or easily track vocal overdubs with little spill back in to your microphone. Built to last and to give an accurate representation of your music, the Scarlett Studio HP60 headphones give you an often overlooked part of the studio that can really open your eyes to what's going on in your recordings.

Powerful software suite

To top it all off, the Focusrite Scarlett Studio package comes with a software suite which includes Steinberg Cubase 6 LE. Although a light edition, you can record up to 16 audio tracks, 24 MIDI tracks and use VST effects, also included in the form of the Focusrite Scarlett plug-in bundle. You also get a copy of Novation Bass Station and 1GB+ of Loopmasters samples which you can use in your own compositions.
