All new and ex-demo products sold by Dawsons Music are supplied with a full 12 month warranty. All second hand goods are covered by a 3 month warranty.
If your product should fail for any reason within the first two months of purchase, we will collect and replace it with a brand new one, free of charge (please note that ex-demo equipment and second-hand equipment is not covered by this policy).
In the case of goods that fail between the two months and 12-month mark or ex-demo and second-hand goods that fail anytime within the warranty period, we ask that you return the goods to us by an insured method. We will repair the item free of charge and return them to you by an insured delivery method. All associated delivery costs are payable by the customer. Before returning any equipment, you must contact our Sales Office for a Returns Number.
In addition, to our free warranty policy, we are also able to offer extended warranties for defects on the following products:
- Farida Guitars - 2 years
- Winchester Digital Pianos - 3 years
- Winchester Acoustic Pianos - 5 years
- Perzina Acoustic Pianos - 5 years
- Mirage Orchestral Instruments - 3 years
To qualify for your extended warranty, you must register your instrument within 90 days of purchase. To register your product, please complete the following form. All sections must be completed in full to qualify. We need this information to create a record of your warranty registration.
Your information will be stored on our secure servers and will not be made available to third parties. If you need to make a claim within the first 12 months, simply bring the instrument back to the store where you purchased it, along with your invoice. To claim on your extended warranty after the first 12 months, simply email email@example.com with your details and the nature of the claim.
