The Genelec 6010A Studio Monitor Speaker includes some great tweaking features, like the clever DIP switches that compensate for common sound inconsistencies in home studio environments. There’s a 6dB low cut ideal for speakers placed near walls or corners that suffer from an increase in bass known as the boundary effect and a 4dB 200Hz peak cut that compensates for some frequency problems that occur in typical speaker desktop placement.
