The latest edition to the renowned Electromatic collection the Gretsch G5103 Corvette III features that staple of any self-respecting CVT: a thin-profile (1.5625”/40mm) mahogany body. With it’s thinner body making the Gretsch G5103 CVT III easy to play the wood type offers a warm tone with plenty of bite and depth.
Bolted to the body of the Gretsch G5103 Corvette 3 at the 18th fret, to ensure strength and resonance is a maple neck reinforcing the top end with a bright poppy tone. Topping this is a rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets. Solid tuning stability and accuracy, as well as enhanced sustain, is afforded by the Gretsch G5103 Corvette III Guitar’s Adjusto-Matic bridge with stop tailpiece.
Hi-fi rich and high-gain friendly, the Gretsch G5103 CVT 3 features a triple offering of Gretsch mini dual-coil pickups. All that roar is controlled simply by a 3-way toggle switch and master volume & master tone "G" arrow control knobs.
