The Edge III Tremolo
The new Edge III is similar in construction and feel to the original Edge locking trem; however, it also features lower profile fine-tuners inspired by the Lo-PRO Edge and massive new-design saddles.
The Edge III features two screws in the arm pocket, which allow easy adjustment of the arm height and torque.
In the last two decades, no other guitar maker besides Ibanez has done so much to advance the art and science of the tremolo. The Edge III represents the next phase in locking tremolos.

This is a quality guitar! I've been playing it for about a month and I absolutely love it. The neck is absolutely amazing and it's really easy to get up and down for solos. The edge 3 tremolo bridge is awesome and with the Ibanez zero point system it's really easy to change string gauges (I recommend switching the stock strings to 10 gauge Ernie Balls). It's incredibly playable and sounds amazing, the two humbuckers are perfect for a heavy metal sound and if you ever need to go clean, the single coil is there in the middle, and sounds awesome. Don't be put off by the metal scratch plate because this guitar is truly awesome!
