The Laney Ironheart IRT60-212 Combo lives up to it's legendary Black Country roots with raw metal power, sweet valve tone, specially voiced digital reverb and more. The Ironheart is reminiscent of the Laney KLIPP and the Laney AOR, but far from being a reissue Laney have stepped up to demands of modern metal guitarists and produced an amp capable of unleashing unparalleled fury at all volumes. This combo features specially voiced 2x12 HH speaker drivers for a low-end power and aggressive mids, that forge a tone that is 100 percent pure metal.
You can thrash out at all levels with the on-board attenuator that takes the IRT60 from full power down to less than 1W so you can drive the amp for full tone, even in your bedroom. A dynamics control helps you tame the bass when you are playing at high levels and the built-in reverb smooths your tone to produce a polished sound that is raw and aggressive without sounding messy, washy or thin. There is also a pre-amp boost switch for giving that extra kick and an FX loop for chaining all your effects.
The EQ controls make the IRT60 a powerhouse as the rhythm and clean channels share an excellent 3-band EQ while the lead channel features a seperate 3-band EQ with a push-pull shift feature for incredible control. Whatever your needs, you should be able to dial in your perfect tone with this amp.
