The Line 6 Relay G10 Wireless Guitar System furthers the ease of use, functionality, and sheer brilliance of the already legendary Relay Wireless series. For those yet to make the leap to a wireless system it can seem a daunting prospect, and for those who have experienced the devastating embarrassment during a gig when your wireless system cuts out or fails, it can seem like more trouble than it's worth. Thankfully, Line 6 have perfected the art of faithful wireless transmission that preserves your tone with the utmost fidelity. Not only that, the G10 makes it more affordable than ever to grab hold of their pioneering technology, allowing you to perform with total freedom.
Wireless transmission couldn't easier
There as a time when wireless systems needed a certain amount of calibration or tuning in order to sync the transmitter and receiver to the correct frequency. Even then, problems could arise as a result of conflicting systems or interference. The Relay G10 does away with any such complications. The base unit receiver and transmitter are all you need, simply plug the transmitter into your guitar and it does everything for you - it is that simple! Gone is the worry that comes with signal drop-out or interference, the G10 faithfully preserves and protects your guitar's tone absolutely. You are afforded the freedom to roam up to 50 metres from the base unit, which should be more than enough room for even the largest of stages.
Exceptional battery life
In order to satisfy the most power hungry of players, as well as match the stamina of those who practise, jam, and play for hours on end, Line 6 has equipped the G10 with an astonishing 8 hours of active playing time or 200 hours standby time. Whether or not you're spending the day jamming or rehearsing for a string of upcoming gigs, or need to get by on a couple of gigs without the charge to recharge, the G10 has you covered. When you can get to a mains power supply, just pop the transmitter into the base unit and it'll recharge itself.
The Line 6 Relay G10 Wireless Guitar System is an affordable option for weekend warriors, semi-pro players, and seasoned professionals who want to remove the restrictions that come with cables and leads. The base unit has 1/4-inch and XLR outputs for connecting to recording equipment and a mixing desk, as well as USB connectivity for connecting directly to your Mac or PC DAW of choice for seamless recording. Thanks to the 24-bit audio quality you can rest assured that each and every performance can be captured in all its glory.

- Excellent for home / studio use
I'd been thinking of going wireless for a while. After purchasing the new Line 6 Spider V, which was built to work seamlessly with the G10, I took the plunge (sweetened by the fact there was 25 quid off in the sale!)
Once upon a time, wireless was expensive and complicated. The G10 is the polar opposite; easy to set up and use and comparatively cheap.
Out of the box, all you need to do is charge it up (plug the USB into the base station and plug the transmitter into that). Once charged it's automatically paired, so the only other thing you need to do is run a 1/4-inch cable from the base station, into your amp of choice, plug the transmitter into your axe of choice, and away you go.
Now, having the Spider V means I didn't even need to bother with the base station bit - pair the transmitter with the amp by plugging into the amps input, and away you go.
IT'S SO EASY!!
Within minutes I was walking round the house whilst playing pretending to be Slash charging around on stage.
I've now put miles of cable that was cluttering my practice room, in the loft.
My only gripe is that it doesn't work with my Faith acoustic, due to the way the input jack on that guitar is wired.
All-in-all, a superb bit of kit. At this price, a game changer for me.
