The upgraded Marina MD-10E NS Electro-Acoustic Guitar takes the easy playability and great plugged-in tone of MD-06E and adds a solid spruce soundboard. This added versatility allows the player to plug-in and amplify, making this model ideal for the home, studio or stage.
The on-board ELAN-4TN pre-amp features a three-band equaliser, presence control and built-in tuner.

I went into Dawsons in Huddersfield to try out a £400 Yamaha I've had my eye on for a while and stumbled upon this little beauty. From the second I picked it up everything just felt "right". The action is easy yet responsive, the neck feels great (I mean really great), the pre-amp is very good for a guitar at this price and I think I'd describe the unplugged natural acoustic tone as "expensive". I honestly thought it had the wrong price tag on it and since I've got it home I've hardly stopped playing it. A massive thanks to Richard for being good enough to turn me on to this, even though it's obviously a lot cheaper than the guitar I was going to buy from him. Its good to see everything isn't always just about money to everyone.
