Tiny Terror, but more

The Tiny Terror amp head has gone down a storm, with many amp companies bringing out their ideas to compete. Now orange has got the Dark Terror, which is basically a Tiny Terror with more gain. Simple really.
Yes, like the terrors before it has no EQ band and has one channel but it’s a cheap, 15-watt tube head that you can get a surprising variety of tone out of.
Great new version of the Tiny Terror. -
Small but mighty

As a punk musician, I look for distortion and that's about it... oh and if it's loud (which this is). A lot of musicians such as myself have 2 amps: I have my Marshall for the old distortion and a Vox for my clean. With the Orange you don't need all that jazz. It's got a killer distortion that any punk would be proud of and a clean setting that any Christian rock band would thank god for! It's small, so no breaking your back when you get it out of the car or van. My one problem is the price: Orange are a well known brand, so they proper slap it on it like fake tan, but apart from that, hell yeah buy this!

Best bite for your buck

Okay so when I decided it was time to get a lunch box amp I spent months going round trying out different amps. I had been playing through a Mesa Rectifier for the past 6 years and wanted something that would break up in a similar way to the Mesa giving a great crunch sound. At the end of the day none of the amps were coming close to Mesa Boogie's trans-atlantic sound. Vox's night train didn't quite have the sound definition that I wanted. It was only when I tried a Tiny Terror I realised Orange was gunna be the way to go. Now the Dawson guys at Reading were very helpful and recommended the dark terror so I left a deposit and they ordered one in saying if I didn't like it I could transfer that deposit on to the tiny terror which I was more than happy to do.
When I got the dark terror, now boy does this thing sing, it has the shrillest highs with such tight definition and the lows are fat and punchy yet nothing peaks so the sound always complements itself. The tone instead of being tone controls is a shape control which has been designed spot on to give you all the voicing control you need. Then the gain control means you get from crisp cleans to dirty blues moving into rock and finally making its finale at full blown metal. In my opinion there is nothing this amp can’t do.
Best amp I have ever played for the money I would recommend it to anyone from first time player to guitar veteran. -

Really like the look of this thing, able to put out some good effects. Really heavy, though that doesn't matter so much.

Has a great visual to it, nice variation from the usual orange colour scheme. Definitely well worth the money spent on it. It pumps out great tone along with a decent amount of volume and allows for a surprisingly large amount of tweaking to the sound coming out of it. Money well spent on this.

Given its size, this thing can kick out some tasty tones. Great distortion sound and great tonality options (even considering it doesn't really have any EQ settings). Definitely recommended if you have the money.
