The Orange Micro Crush a small portable amplifier that is ideal for home practice use, and on the road. Featuring a built in chromatic tuner and switch-able overdrive.
The Orange Micro Crush mini-amplifier is a great sounding portable amplifier that should be in the gig bag of any gigging musician, warming up before a gig needn't be just an unplugged electric guitar that you can't hear for the volume of the first band on stage. With the Orange Micro Crush, you can tune your guitars up and warm up with your finger exercises needing nothing more than a set of headphones a guitar cable and a 9-volt battery and the overdrive switch brings in plenty of gain to run over your chops and riffs. This is great guitar player's gadget for taking anywhere with you.

Lovely little amp for the bedroom rock god. You should be aware that the clean channel is pretty dirty and the overdriven channel is really distorted, an asset for metal shredders. Don't buy if you want the option of a clean sound. A vox 30 amplug and cabinet offers more flexibility but every bedroom player should buy both.
A practical little box of fun, but lacking in frills.

Well, I picked one of these up purely for the price, which was unbeatable, and of course I was impressed by the amazing customer service offered by Dawsons. The micro crush admittedly doesn't do an awful lot, and it gets tricky to find a decent clean sound at higher volumes, but this thing handles classic rock tones sublimely, and even the metal tones were passable. And to top it all off, the Orange betters rival products in that it offers an excellent working tuner. And the looks? Awesome doesn't even come close.
Good for personal practise.

Looks superb - like one of the bigger Orange amps but only about 6 inches wide. Doesn't really sound like them, but that's hardly the point and for the price you're getting a surprising amount: Two channels and a built in tuner. It's got plenty more than novelty value, and is very usable for personal practice and songwriting. Loud enough and you can plug some headphones in the back if your other half complains about the noise. The overdrive channel is great fun. Runs on batteries or better still you can plug in an adaptor.

This is a very good amp for the price, but as always you get what you pay for. The amp delivers a fairly good sound, making it a perfectly decent practice amp.

This amp is phenomenal! I got it free with a magazine subscription and it's great for playing along to songs in your bedroom both clean and dirty.
I've even gone so far as to mic the front of the speaker in band practice and it sounds amazing!
Get one and you won't be disappointed.

When I first came across one of these amps, lets be honest, I laughed at it, but when my friend turned it up to the max volume it seemed to be nearly louder than my amp, which is much bigger. No doubt with this product, it is great for busking and is light to carry. I recommend it.

The Micro Crush looks awesome - like all Orange Amps - but sadly the sound quality really doesn't do the aesthetics justice. The overdrive sounds like a Whoopee cushion and even the supposedly clean tone sounds wet and lacks depth. That said, for the price and size it could be forgiven its trespasses because it does boast some great features, such as a particularly accurate chromatic tuner and remarkably long battery life. For a beginner, this amp is a great place to start but as soon as you start taking music seriously you will realise that it just doesn't stand up to the job - the build and sound quality is just to poor.
This thing is like GOLD!

I've personally used one in a music shop and I can say its awesome for banging out chords, and the best part is that its portable, the tuner comes in handy as-well, all in all a good buy.

Ok first off I'll be honest, I pretty much picked up one of these for the looks. The Orange Amps are so distinctive and the Micro Crush is no exception. Was not expecting a great deal in sound quality at the price and the fact it is just a little practice amp...but was very pleased, it's clear enough for real practice and the overdrive has enough kick to it bashing out power chords! On the bad side...bit plastic-y and will not stand too much bashing around but then again it is just a little second amp...all in all a fun little amp great for a new starter!
