Taking up where the CDJ-800MK2 left off the Pioneer CDJ-850 Deck not only gives it a facelift but overhauls it with some intrinsic enhancements to give you functionality & feel closer to that of the higher priced CDJ-900 & CDJ-2000, but with a price label that’s easier to swallow.
The Pioneer CDJ850 is truly versatile, working in a way that suits you. Every modern audio source is accepted by the deck, be it a CD, USB (flash drive or disk) or straight from your PC/Mac. MP3, AAC, AIFF and WAV (up to 24-bit) file types are all supported.
Using the Tag List on the Pioneer CDJ 850 you can create your set on the fly, planning over 20 tracks ahead. The CDJ-850 even has the unique ability to add & remove tracks or even change the track order completely. The deck’s Wave Display evens help to keep your mixes fluent by showing the tracks peaks and drops.
The Pioneer CDJ-850 is armed with professional features, a large screen and a full-size (206 mm) jog wheel, for finite control over your performance. The deck interacts easily with more complex DJ software and features an Auto Beat Loop Function, Tempo Variation and CD Resume function, along with being extremely resistant to external vibration.
