Instantly playable the PRS SE245 is made all the more comfortable by its short, 24.5" scale length and wide, fat neck profile that’s a joy for those who favour a thicker neck.
Designed to rock, the PRS SE 245 Electric guitar combines a bevelled maple top with a thick mahogany back. A classic combination, these two woods offer everything from clear highs to warm, rich lows.
The use of classic wood combinations is continued with the PRS SE 245 Guitar’s neck being constructed from mahogany, and topped by a rosewood fingerboard. This duo only adds to the warmth of the guitars tone. The fingerboard sports 22-frets and classic PRS bird inlays.
Giving the PRS SE 245 its classic voice are two humbuckers: the PRS Designed SE 245 Treble & SE 245 Bass. Full control is given over these with a volume and tone knob for each and a three-way toggle pickup selector mounted on the upper bout of the guitar for quick access.
