The Redwood C-210 Classical Acoustic Guitar is packed with premium features which look and sound great all for an affordable price that any guitarist can take advantage of. It has a lightweight feel and truly comfortable playability. It’s a great choice for a classical guitarist however it’s a fantastic style guitar to start out on if you’re looking to improve your dexterity and general feel of the frets.

Built to impress

Varying tonewoods have been employed in the construction of the C-210 classical guitar. Redwood have chosen agathis tonewood for the back and sides which is a wood that is birthed in the southern hemisphere and is known for an all-round adaptable sound.

Joining the agathis back and sides is a spruce body top. Spruce is an exceptionally popular choice of tonewood for a body top and it works wonderfully with the agathis to generate a resonating, rich and warm timbre. ABS binding has been used on the body for a neat finish on the spruce top, however this also offers protection at the edges from unwanted chips and nicks, as well as supporting the top from buckling or warping.

Wide neck with a smooth finish

Firmly connected to the body is a nato neck which has an 18-fret sonokelin fingerboard; it has a very smooth playing feel, a wide neck profile and the frets are of an ample size so you can allow your fingers to get used to bigger chords. The feel of the neck and the cutaway design in the body also allow you to transition up and down the frets with ease, and you get better access to the upper frets for hitting the higher notes. The nylon strings feel soft enough on your fingers making it easier to develop your own playing technique.

To the top of the neck is a quintessential classical style headstock with pearl tuning keys that uphold tuning integrity with reliable precision.

The Redwood C-200CE is a well-built, attractive classical guitar that will appeal to guitarists of any level, rich in features but at a price that is sure to impress.
