The Redwood S10 ukulele is the perfect introduction for both children and adults who're looking to take up a stringed instrument. By combining an comfortable playing feel with tonewoods that yield a punchy and bright response, Redwood has ensured that the S10 is a joy to play.
The body has been shaped using laminated linden - basswood -, a tonewood that produces a rich midrange character. Thanks to the laminate, the body is able to withstand changes in humidity and temperature very well. So for those who're looking for a suitable instrument to take to festivals, or on their travels both near and far, the S10 is the perfect choice. Fitted to the body is a sturdy neck that is married to a sumptuous fingerboard. There are 12 perfectly proportioned frets that provide a wonderful playing surface to navigate your fingers along.
Maple has been used to craft the bridge, providing a responsive yet seamless connection between the strings and body. The nut supports the strings at the head to improve sustain and intonation, whilst the tuners uphold tuning integrity with absolute precision. The S10 has been completed in a dazzling blue finish, giving this particular model an eye-catching visual character. As well as that, the uke is supplied with a matching blue carry bag.

I also bought this ukulele with my Christmas money. It is of a fantastic quality, with a nylon carry bag. I would recommend this ukulele to people of all ages who are beginning to play this instrument.

This is a very good ukulele - nice colour, nice matching case but the strings aren't the best quality.

I bought this on sale and it came with a matching colour nylon case. The strings that come with it are very poor quality; I suggest upgrading to Aquila strings. It is a bit difficult to press down the strings on the first fret, otherwise a good ukulele for learning chords, children etc.
