Chord Recognition

The Roland F-120R Digital Piano gets its amazingly natural, expressive sound by a sound engine that was derived from the flagship V-Piano, SuperNATURAL, and 88-key stereo multi-sampling. Famed for its ability to very tone in relation to the hardness/softness of play the SuperNATURAL piano engine was created by analysing the nuances of concert grand’s, to give the Roland F120R Digital Piano the most authentic acoustic sound possible.

Backing up the acoustic piano sound the Roland F 120R Digital Piano also utilises Roland’s Ivory Feel-G keyboard, with Progressive Hammer Action with Escapement to give you the feel and performance of an acoustic.

Teaching Functions

Being the perfect piano the Roland F-120R Digital Piano is stuffed with features to help you improve your skills. A feature of particular note is the Twin-Piano. This function splits the Roland F-120R’s keyboard into two, with each side covering the same octaves, and turns the pedals into a damper pedals, one per keyboard. This is great for side-by-side lessons with a teacher, or dueting.

The Roland F-120R Digital Piano also has a built-in recorder to capture your performance, for you to listen back to and analyse. There’s even a built-in metronome to keep your timing in check.

Sound Options

The Roland F120R Piano also has a number of sound options. Along with all the built-in rhythms and songs (and the ability to add more via USB), the F120R also has an input for an external audio player. This means you can hook up your MP3 player (or other audio player) and play along to your favourite songs.
