I personally love it. Its the big bother of the shure 55sh 2 , its fatter, bigger and heavier but in my humble opinion worth the extra heft. Some gear feels like it can instantly transports you to a bygone era. Stand in front of this beast you start getting Sinatra, Elvis or James Brown vibes which surely can't be a bad thing?
If that sounds like your thing then this is a great package. It really does feel like something quite special.
The flight case is good and the stand turns a very attractive mic onto a work of art.
Oh if that wasn't enough it sounds great as well.
Im very pleased with mine if you hadn't guessed.
