  • Three-quarter size cello outfit with high quality rayon padded cover and wood bow
  • Hand carved solid tonewoods
  • Ebony fingerboard and pegs
  • Alloy tailpiece with integral adjusters

The first choice of teachers across Britain and Europe for their pupils, the Stentor Student II Cello Outfit combines outstanding value with fine craftsmanship to create an instrument that is hard to match at this price point, being far superior to its competitors.

Made to a higher grade with select tonewoods, the Stentor Student II Cello Outfit is an instrument that inspires its players, something that’s all the more essential when you’re just starting out. Furthermore it comes supplied with a good quality bow with a full mounted ebony frog and a case with a thickly padded rayon cover, bow and accessory pockets, and shoulder and carrying straps for your choice of carrying position.

The Stentor Student II Cello is constructed with a solid carved spruce table, while the back, neck, and ribs are made of solid carved maple. This is accented nicely by a traditional inlaid purfling and natural glues have been used throughout. The neck of the Stentor Student II Cello has been set to the correct angle and enjoys an ebony fingerboard. This rests between a good quality bridge and an alloy tailpiece with integral adjusters, and a well-fitted ebony nut, which flows to the instrument’s correctly reamed peg hole taper and ebony pegs.
