The VPX12 and VPX15 boast separate amplifiers. This means that each amplifier can be designed to match the speaker it's driving. Why waste amplifier power on low frequencies. You'll get better control, better sound and you don't have to carry around an amplifier you don't need.

The input connector is a balanced 3 pin XLR and it's switchable for mic and line use so you can use it with more or less any input. The three band EQ gives you the control you need when you're using the VPX as an all in one PA system. If you want to use your VPX with an external mixer, the on-board gain and level controls allow signal matching without any compromises. The VPX range is fitted with premium quality cast aluminium chassis bass speakers and a high frequency unit which is integrated into the moulded 60x90 degree horn flare to ensure you enjoy smooth high frequencies.

The VPX 15 sub can provide you with a maximum 600 Watts of thunderous bass power and is an ideal partner for the VPX12 or 15. Inside the rear panel are two 100Hz crossovers that will accept a mono or stereo signal from you mixer. If you us stereo, it will mix the bass frequencies to mono (sound is non directional at low frequencies) while allowing the high frequencies through, in stereo, to you mid/high speakers. So you can use a single VPX15 sub with a pair of VPX12&15 cabinets and still get a great sound.

The VPX range is not only simple but flexible. For example, the ideal set up would use a pair of VPX12s and a pair of VPX15subs. If a smaller PA is all you need, just use the VPX12s on their own as a compact system and leave the subs at home. The VPX15 is a good all-rounder combining value with performance, flexibility and convenience.
