Versatility comes as standard
The DTX400K comes with 10 kit set ups pre-loaded, all of which can be customised and overwritten using the 169 on-board sounds opening up a near limitless amount of combinations to suit your liking. Some of these sounds are sampled straight from Yamaha's own top line of acoustic drum kits and uses accent articulation for exceptional realism.
The easy to operate 'brain' of the Yamaha DTX400K offers a simple to operate panel with one-touch selection of built in drum kits. A clear red LED indication displays which kit is currently active - ideal for performance and practice in darker venues.
The 'brain' also gives you clear control over the built in metronome, adjustment for tempo and volume as well as a training mode button to dive straight into developing your technique. Finally, you will find connectivity for USB, a 3.5mm line in to filter music through to the 6.3mm output and connectivity for the supplied power adapter. Like the rest of the kit, this integral unit is built to last and looks as sleek as it is strong.
