For anyone who owns a Planet Waves humidifier, this pack of replacement sponges is a necessity when you need to change yours over. The GH-RS features a pack of three replacement sponges so that you can maintain the upkeep of your guitar and continue to protect it against dry conditions when not in use.

Planet Waves have made it easy and safe to humidify your guitar without causing any damage to the actual body. As the humidifier sits suspended in the soundhole from the strings, the sponge is placed inside where it can slowly and carefully release a good level of moisture into the guitar. The sponges are made from an open-cell foam which prevents leaking.

To use the replacement sponge you simply have to dampen it, place it inside the humidifier and consequently insert it into the soundhole for it to begin working. Once the sponge is completely dry, you can then repeat the process.
