The Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S49 Mk2 Controller Keyboard is the next evolution in total control for all of your virtual instruments. With its premium quality Fatar keybed, double high-res displays, smart play modes and bundled Komplete 12 select software, this is one package that can seriously up your production game.

Incredible quality throughout

The Kontrol S49 Mk2 oozes pure class thanks to its sleek design that would look incredible in your studio, but it's not just about looks. The 49 note, semi-weighted keyboard itself has been specially designed by Fatar and incorporates aftertouch so that you have an extra layer of expression when playing. Combined with the touch strip, pitch bend and modulation wheels you'll have deep control over all virtual instruments from acoustic models through to monstrous synths.

Other controls on the S49 Mk2 include 8 rotary encoders to manipulate many aspects of any given virtual instrument and if you use the included Komplete 12 select software or and Komplete package, the S49 Mk2 is pre-mapped so you can dive straight in. It's worth noting though that the Kontrol S49 Mk2 has full VSTi support and can control any virtual instrument out there.

Intuitive displays

The use of dual high-res displays give you easy access for browsing, tweaking, mixing, and more. Complete with a 4-way push encoder you'll find working your way around the S49 Mk2 is a breeze so that your workflow remains unblemished and you get the most out of your sessions.

With the Mk2 we see the return of the superb RGB lights above each key that highlights drum cells, key switches, chords, scales, and more which is very practical but also looks cool. The lights can also indicate smart play where you can assign scales and modes, play chord progressions and arpeggios with single keys, or map any scale to white keys only for easy creation of music for those that may not be skilled players.
