Web Customer Service Advisor – Part Time, Temporary – Warrington

Dawsons Music requires a temporary Web Customer Service Advisor to work in our Customer Service Department at our Warrington Head Office.

You will work in the customer service department and your primary responsibilities will include answering customer queries via email, phone calls and processing customer returns. You will also be required to fulfil other duties within the department.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a logical, customer-focused manner and will be a self-motivated individual with good attention to detail and the ability to work within a team.

You will be required to work 4 days with 3 rotational days off

Some knowledge of musical instruments and/or DJ equipment is essential.

The contract will run from July 30th, 2018 through to January 31st, 2019

Required experience:

  • Web Customer service
  • Product knowledge
  • An effective team player who shows initiative and takes ownership of their responsibilities
  • Able to work under pressure
