Dawsons Music has partnered with GoInStore to bring our in-store experience direct to your screen.
GoInStore is a unique customer experience which uses wearable Smart Glasses or Android Handheld devices to connect visitors to the Dawsons Music website directly to our specialist in-store advisors.
To access the service, browse to a product page and click the ‘Go In Store’ button to the right of the screen. You will then open up a direct connection to the store, allowing you to see and speak to an in-store advisor. Don’t worry, they can’t see you! They can only hear what you are saying.
This brand new technology is perfect if you’re not close to a Dawsons Music store, or you’re about to make a purchase online but just want to check some specific details about your item.
There are just a couple of system requirements…
1. Standard broadband line operating at 512kbps or more.
2. Speaker or headphones and microphone (either built in or separate).
3. A modern web browser, excluding Safari, on a Windows or Mac desktop/laptop or Android Mobile device.
Support for Apple iOS devices and Safari mobile/tablet browsers is set to be launched soon.
