Korg: It’s fair to say that Korg has wasted no time in firing off exciting announcements for NAMM 2020. First up we saw the awesome Wavestate Wave Sequencing Synthesizer, which boasts reimagined Wave Sequencing 2.0.

What does this mean?

Well, Korg’s beloved Wavestation pioneered Wave Sequencing and the ability to transform raw samples into mind-bending sonic possibilities previously unheard of. Their OASYS and KRONOS keyboards upped the stakes further, and Wave Sequencing 2.0 is designed to ensure that the next generation of musicians, producers and composers have the tools to expand their creative universe. Safe to say the Korg Wavestate is catching feels already…

Another from Korg and what an absolute beauty it is, a single-one-time-only production run of the ARP 2600 FS.

A resurrection of the coveted vintage synth, this limited-edition release is handcrafted in Japan, boasts USB and DIN-style MIDI connections, XLR audio outputs, plus the improved ARP 3620 Duophonic keyboard with added arpeggiator/sequencer. Not only that but Korg ensure that each one comes with a custom-branded hardshell case with casters.

To say that we’re excited about getting our hands on the Korg ARP 2600 FS in person at NAMM 2020 would be the understatement of the decade (see what we did there)…
