The powerful Casio Privia PX-870 Digital Piano proves that huge features can come in compact packages. Complete with Casio's acclaimed Multi-Dimensional Morphing AiR audio engine for superb grand piano production, 256 note polyphony, CD quality audio recording and playback, and masses of connectivity, this is a truly stunning digital piano for home, studio or venue.
Tri-Sensor II system
The PX-870 utilises Casio's Tri-Sensor II Scaled Hammer Action piano keys to give you the expression your performance deserves. The simulated ebony and ivory textures give you a smooth, moisture resistant touch, combined with an innovative hammer action that is scaled across the entire key range, just like that of a grand piano.
Built in speaker system
The Casio PX-870 includes a 40-Watt stereo amplification system. The 4 speakers are conveniently located for an optimal projection and the quality is second to none. The built in 19 instruments will sound out in full-bodied glory and will have no problem filling a small or medium sized room without other methods of amplification.
Record and playback
Alongside the built in sequencer, the PX-870 is also capable of capturing up to 25 minutes of CD quality (44.1kHz) audio which can be played back instantly or stored on any optional USB memory stick so that you can treasure your performances forever.
The PX-870's convenient features are useful at home, in a lesson studio, or anywhere else. You can connect two sets of headphones using the ¼” jacks on the front panel, making the PX-870 ideal for quiet practice. Duet Mode splits the piano into two equal pitch ranges, allowing a student and teacher to sit at the same instrument.
Finally, the PX-870 connects via class-compliant USB to any PC, Mac, iOS, or Android device, with no drivers or installations needed, making it a piano to use as the heart of your recording studio.
