At one of the most difficult times we have witnessed for generations, the safety and wellbeing of our staff, customers and anyone affected by Covid-19 is of paramount importance to Dawsons Music.
While information is rapidly changing and being updated know that we'll keep this page up to date with the latest information regarding the Coronavirus and the implications for Dawsons Music's staff and customers.
Will my Dawsons order be impacted?
At present all orders are being processed and dispatched in the normal fashion. The delivery times are remaining the same for now (which varies dependant on your location). When or if any changes occur to our supply chain we will update this page and make announcements via our social media accounts. As ever please don't hesitate to contact us via our customer service team or social media accounts.
Like everyone out there we have all been affected by Covid-19 and the restrictions it has brought about and as such have some staff working from home and staff self-isolating in accordance with government and NHS advice. There is a strong likelihood of further restrictions to both retailers and couriers so please be vigilant and monitor both this page and Dawsons Music social media accounts for updates.
Update - some orders are usually dispatched from our stores. Since the government's guidance on closing retail shops on the 23rd March, this has become increasingly more difficult to manage so you may experience a delay on your order. Are Dawsons stores still open?
No. We have made the decision to close our stores until further notice. Our main priority is to maintain the safety and security of our staff and customers. Our online store is still open and receiving orders. If you have any queries please contact our customer service team or contact us through our social media accounts.
When our stores reopen rest assured We will ensure all staff maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day, washing hands thoroughly, and disinfecting demo equipment, phones and surfaces regularly. We will ask customers to take similar precautions and offering hand sanitizer and handwashing facilities in store..
If anything changes with regards to Dawsons Music retail stores reopening, we will clearly notify customers on this page, store pages online, on our website homepage, and in our Google business listing and our social media accounts.
Can I still contact you?
Our customer services team is geared up to handle enquiries. Our staff are now working from home where possible, so please remain vigilant but expect some longer than expected waiting times. Where possible please email your queries stating any relevant details such as item details, order references, date of purchase and a description of your problem.
