The Micro Pog is a polyphonic octave generator pedal enabling you to transform your guitar into various other instruments, from a 12-string to an organ. The pedal can also be used with a bass guitar to reinforce your tone. This is an octave pedal like no other thanks to the expert craftsmanship of those at Electro Harmonix.
This small effects pedal features very simple controls, making it incredibly easy to use. Electro Harmonix have designed not just an octave pedal, but because it is a polyphonic generator, this allows you to play chords as well as single notes or arpeggios. The pedal tracks each note as you play which prevents any sound glitches.
The pedal features three main controls; Dry, Sub Octave and Octave Up. The Dry control allows you to dial in the the amount of effect you want, while the two other controls allow you to go either an octave up or an octave down. These versatile controls can completely transform your instrument; turn your guitar into either a bass, a 12-string, even produce organ-like sounds or mandolin sounds! Or if you're using a bass guitar, add even tighter low ends.
There are two jacks, Effect Out and Dry Out. By also having the Dry Out jack you can play with an unaffected signal to a separate amp, so you may also play using the Effect Out jack to a second amplifier allowing you to alternate your sound between the two.
The pedal has a solid, robust yet compact build to save space on your pedalboard.
