Beautiful and bold the Farida D-15E Electro-Acoustic is the ultimate performer’s guitar. Boasting impeccable projection, supple dynamics, and brightness infused with low-end warmth, are just what you would expect in this electro acoustic from Farida.

The Farida D-15E Electro-Acoustic Guitar built to the tonally powerful dreadnought body shape, you can be assured that this is a very capable model. The back and sides are crafted using mahogany, a tonewood that is highly regarded due thanks to its rich timbre that is infused with warmth. The timbre of the body is projected beautifully by the solid mahogany top to deliver an enduring sustain. The top is finished in a visually delightful natural finish, which showcases the beautiful grain of the solid mahogany beautifully. Thanks to the team at Farida, the D-15E is a solidly built but retains a lightweight and balanced feel in the hand. The inclusion of solid mahogany in the top is an inspired choice, as it ages well over time so that each model develops its own unique character. Finally, the black and white binding offers a distinguished look providing attractive, clean edges.

Fitted to the body is a sturdy and confident mahogany neck, with a slender, rounded profile that is a joy to play. The neck has been treated to a satin finish, which ensures an incredibly smooth feel. Paired with the neck is a superb sonokelin fingerboard, which is home to 20-frets that are adorned with dot position inlays.

Fishman Presys Blend System

The D-15E utilises a powerful Fishman Presys Blend system. This piezo based pickup clearly translates vibrations of the soundboard into clear signal to be sent to amplification and recording equipment. The IsysT also gives you control over volume, bass, mid and treble, phase and notch to "shape" the sound to your specification. The addition of a built-in tuner also makes for easy preparation before performances.

Fitted to the body of the D-15E is a supportive sonokelin bridge and PPS saddle, which work together harmoniously to anchor each string securely to ensure a seamless connection between the strings and body. The headstock is fitted with 3+3 diecast chrome tuners, which uphold tuning integrity precisely. The PPS nut works between the bridge, saddle, and tuning machines to ensure string tension is accurately maintained throughout the life of the guitar.

The Farida D-15E Dreadnought Electro Acoustic Guitar delivers everything a discerning player needs for performances and recording.

Posted on 03/04/2019 by I tried out 5 acoustics whilst in the Leeds store. I tried a Taylor big baby, epiphone dove amongst others and the Farida really was the one that I couldn't put down. Comfortable to play. Great sound. Great feel. Excellent value for money and plenty of fun for years to come I reckon. You shalnt regret buying it. Cheers Adam at the Leeds store, didn't just want a sale he wanted to make sure I left happy. Solid bloke. Thanks Dawson's Leeds
Posted on 17/02/2019 by Not bad, but a bit basic. A bit 'meh' shall we say. It plays reasonably well but goes out of tune immediately and the tuner/electro eats batteries like there's no tomorrow. On the whole not bad value for money, however.
Posted on 29/11/2017 by Went in to the Liverpool store to look at and possibly buy an electro accoustic guitar. Met Jack who works there and he was good enough to put up with me whilst I looked at guitar after guitar after guitar. He indicated that he was also looking to change his guitar and he indicated he would probably go for a Farida D-15e. I asked for a go on it and he was spot on - it plays beautifully and it was a done deal - solid case for it as well, very happy. Well done Jack - Liverpool Staff - give this lad a pay rise!!! :) Thank you.
Posted on 11/06/2017 by Lads in Liverpool had to put up with me over two days. I kept coming back to Farida - build quality and sound best in price range.

Staff couldn't do enough. Great staff!
