Fender Precision basses have been the by word for quality in the music industry for generations. The iconic image of Paul Simonon of The Clash sending his Fender Precision to an early grave cemented the bass in rock and roll history (not that we would recommend this). The Fender Precision has been at the fore front of musical innovation since its inception in 1951
'50s style for the modern vintage
The attention to detail on the Vintera '50s P Bass is breath-taking from the authentic pickups to the "C" profile neck, Fender has sought to bring back to life a golden era of smooth tone. Utilising Ash for the body keeps the bass relatively light while being hardy enough to provide that low smooth tone so familiar to P Bass players. The Maple neck is classically playable and Maple fingerboard will provide silky sustain when needed.

Recreating some of the iconic features Leo Fender himself designed is one of many reasons to own this bass. The re-voiced single split coil pickup adds to the heritage of the instrument and provides the '50s era timbre not found in other basses. The 4 saddle bridge with threaded saddles means you can adjust and customise to make the Vintera as playable as possible. The Vintage style tuners provide rock-solid stability and accuracy and cap a beautifully recreated vintage bass.
70 Years of excellence
