Gretsch guitars are already blessed with great looks by design but add to that the choice of pickups and hardware and they consistently produce great sounding guitars. Innovation has long been at the heart of the Gretsch approach with interesting choices of woods, designs and electronics. The Gretsch G5260T is another great example of Gretsch stretching the boundaries of what is sonically possible with their guitars.
The Gretsch G5260T has an extended scale length to accommodate the lower register of the baritone strings. Generally tuned an octave below concert tuning the Baritone has a distinctive low growl. However, married to the Gretsch electronics and the genuine Bigsby tremolo still retains the Gretsch sparkle and clean Americana sound. The Gretsch Mini Humbuckers have a wide range and can produce the extreme lows of the Baritone while having the headroom to articulate the piano like highs.
The Gretsch G5260T Electromatic JET Baritone Electric Guitar has a Mahogany Body providing the chunky, warm low tones and creating that glorious Gretsch sustain. The neck is connected to the body via 4 bolts and is made from Maple. The neck has a Thin "u" profile making it one of the easier necks to play and with a 12" radius you won't find any choke when bending and chords and barre chords will be a breeze.
The Gretsch G5260T Electromatic Jet Baritone Electric Guitar is fitted with one of the best-looking hardtails in the guitar business. the Gretch V-Stoptail is as iconic as any other and holds the string tuning and stability perfectly.
The Gretsch G5260T Electromatic Jet Baritone Electric Guitar is fitted with silver Die-Cast hardware finishing off a quite exquisite solid-body electric guitar. The tonal possibilities are unlike any other in their range and the Baritone can produce deep howling lows as well as the characteristic Gretsch Twang. This guitar is perfect for the more experimental guitar player/Musician looking to expand the sounds they can create and made to an astonishingly high standard
