Dawsons is run by musicians, for musicians. We love music and all things music related. That’s why our customers come to us. In fact, it’s one of the main reasons we’ve been around since 1898, because we give outstanding customer service.
Our staff are trained to a high standard, and we like to give our customers the same level of service that we ourselves seek elsewhere. We aim to provide outstanding customer service with helpful, expert guidance based on excellent product knowledge. Whether you’re a seasoned professional musician, an enthusiastic weekend player or are just starting out, our staff are on-hand to give you jargon-free advice and great service.
In light of the recent Government guidelines to close down all non-essential business we are currently unable to take any calls due to our head office being closed. Dawsons Music Education
The Dawsons Music Education team are available from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
