Details

The Jackson X Series King V KVX Electric Guitar is an unabashed shred machine. Benefitting from over 30 years of experience, the King V is an almighty combination of ferocious tones, a heavenly playing feel, and road-ready ruggedness, which combine to create a fearless guitar. If you want a model that will keep up with you every step of the way, then the King V KVX should already be in your arsenal.

Awesome V-shape body

The body is crafted to the attention-grabbing V-shape profile, with razor-sharp lines that evoke its unaplogetically cool style. Not only does the profile look awesome, but it removes any obstacles in the most dramatic fashion, affording your hands peerless access to the body and neck in their entirety. If you want total command over the neck, then with the KVX, you've got it on a plate.

The King V KVX is built using basswood, a lightweight and tonally balanced tonewood that delivers a powerful mid-range blast, perfect for hammering down punishing riffs and ideal for cutting through the most dense of sonic assaults.

Reinforced yet elegant neck

The neck-through-body construction is designed to enhance playability and optimise sustain, allowing you to cruise through licks with ease with notes that ring out for days. The speed profile allows the hand to slide along the neck with ease, lending itself perfectly to lightning fast performances. The 25.5-inch scale length ensures that string stability and tension remains consistent throughout.

Married to the neck is a luxurious rosewood fingerboard, which is home to 24 jumbo frets that are adorned with pearloid sharkfin inlays to guide your way in style. The compound radius fingerboard curves more greatly at the nut, flattening out as it reaches the neck joint to offer the perfect platform for fretting chords and switching seamlessly to deft sweeps, tapping, and endless bends.

Jackson high-output humbuckers

The Jackson X Series King V KVX is equipped with a pair of Jackson high-output humbuckers, fitted in the neck and bridge positions. If its tight low-end, glassy mids, and searing highs with a satisfying bite, then you're going to love these beauties. The control setup couldn't be simpler, giving you instant access to blistering tones.

Gig-ready hardware

What could be more satisfying than performing a well executed divebomb into some harmonic wailing? With that in mind, the Jackson X Series King V KVX is equipped with a Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo bridge with accompanying locking nut, so that once you're tuned up and locked in, you can dive and wail to your heart's content.
