The Justinguitar.com Rock Songbook is part of a new series of books, each featuring 50 songs that are designed to build up your playing repertoire. The book is designed to enable beginners to gain confidence, and move forward to introducing barre chords and riffs. Most of all, the book makes learning the guitar as fun and accessible as it should be!

Content

The Justinguitar.com Rock Songbook is arranged into playlists that are centred on playing ability, i.e. Beginner, Intermediate, and Intermediate Plus. Beginners can get the hang of techniques and skills they've picked up by playing songs that offer an easy to read chord shapes, and easy to follow progressions. Moving onto the Intermediate songs allows players to further their technical ability by tackling more difficult tracks, before taking on the Intermediate Plus songs. The level of each section is pitched just right, nurturing the player as their enthusiasm grows. There are an additional five full TABs - a detailed list is included in our Specifications section.

About the author

Highly regarded by many for his superb guitar playing skills, many guitar legends have showered the author Justin Sandercoe with praise, including: Tommy Emmanuel, Brian May, and Mark Knopfler to name but a few. Honing his teaching skills at The Guitar Institute in London, and writing for Guitar Techniques and Total Guitar magazines.

Initially the Justinguitar.com website was created to offer sample lessons to promote private lessons. However, following the success of his YouTube videos, Justin expanded the website - which receives 25,000 unique visitors every day -, and has helped thousands of players around the world, enabling them to build confidence through easy to follow lessons that are inspiring and enjoyable.
