The KRK RP10-3s bring affordable powered three-way near field monitoring to everyone whilst maintaining flawless quality and stereo imaging. With a large sonic range and 120w per monitor these monitors can be used for all your mixing forensics and remain portable enough to be taken with you should you need to work in multiple studios.
The beautifully designed MDF cabinets and moulded baffle sides have a rounded shape to reduce cabinet-edge diffraction and the bass ports have been designed to keep breathing port noise to a minimum. The substantial 10 inch driver provides deep and natural bass which is complimented by the 4 inch mid driver both of which are fabricated from KRK's yellow aramid-glass woven composite material. For smooth HF clarity, the RP10-3's have ferrofluid-cooled soft-dome tweeters that produce crisp high frequencies without harshness.
One of the key features of the KRK RP10-3's is that the circular housing for the tweeter and mid driver is rotatable so these monitors can be used both vertically and horizontally without loosing their sweet spot and gives more options for placement.
On the rear panel there are low and high frequency level controls that can be adjusted to suit the acoustics of your room, input level trim adjustment (-30 to +6dB range) and both balanced XLR and quarter inch jack or unbalanced RCA phono inputs.
The KRK RP10-3s offer a lot of monitor for the cost, three way monitors of this calibre at this price are a rarity and will enhance your studio experience both audibly and visually.
