The Mackie ProFX4v2 Professional 4 Channel Mixer is an awesome live sound toolkit that allows you to get the job done with ease.
Mackie Vita mic preamps
Boasting eight channels for you to play with, the ProFX4v2 features four Mackie Vita preamps, which provide incredibly quiet signal routing that makes them perfect for real-time live sound applications. Pushing them at full-pelt is no problem for these beauties, responding sweetly to both dynamic and condenser inputs, whilst offering 48 VDC phantom power to all mic channels simultaneously.
As well as the mic inputs, there is a range of balanced and unbalanced 1/4-inch inputs, as well as a Hi-Z input that allows you to directly connect a guitar, bass, or other high impedance instruments.
Mackie ReadyFX
Built into the ProFX4v2 is the ReadyFX digital effects engine, which gives direct access to 16 awesome reverbs, delays, and choruses that enable you to give any performance the lift it deserves. The control interface allows you to easily dial in the desired effect, which is indicated on the LCD display. The effect can then be muted, the level of the effect attenuated using the FX Master knob and even sent to the monitor mix using the FX to MON knob.
As well as ReadyFX, there is a Graphic EQ that allows you to attenuate and sculpt the mains or monitors with exceptional flexibility. Along each channel strip, there are three Hi, Mid, and Low EQ knobs, which allow you to shape and carve out the signal for each input.
Solid Construction
The Mackie ProFX4v2 is built to their legendary high standard of quality, with a solid steel chassis that is reinforced by tough ABS side protection. You can rest assured that wherever your music takes you, your ProFX4v2 is as safe as can be and ready to take on anything that is thrown at it.
