Mackie Thump TH-15A Active PA Speakers

The Mackie Thump 15 Powered Loudspeakers deliver deep low-end and real power in a lightweight design that is extremely portable. Class-D Fast Recovery amplification pushes unmatched power to the high-frequency compression driver and bass-pounding high-output woofer. Plus, Mackie Active processing, including a precision crossover and driver time-alignment provides total optimization for maximum system efficiency.

Mackie Technology

Sure, Thump loudspeakers have a built-in power amp—in fact, each has two of them. The Mackie Class-D Fast Recovery low-frequency amp drives the woofer more efficiently with less heat byproduct than other speakers. But so much more goes into a Mackie loudspeaker design than just amplifiers. Mackie Active technology (based on the popular SRMv2 Series) divides the frequencies via a precision 2-way crossover and also time-aligns the signals so low-frequency and high-frequency signals arrive in sync to every member of your audience.

Portability Meets Versatility

For most people, portability is paramount. That’s why Thump loudspeakers are ultra-compact and lightweight. And regardless of application, there’s a right Thump for the job. Both deliver unmatched low end, that’s why they are Thumps. But, if you are a DJ and really need to bump, the Thump 15’s large woofer is a perfect choice.

Mackie ProFX8v2 Professional 8 Channel Mixer With USB

Boasting eight channels for you to play with, the ProFX8v2 features four Mackie Vita preamps, which provide incredibly quiet signal routing that makes them perfect for real-time live sound applications. Pushing them at full-pelt is no problem for these beauties, responding sweetly to both dynamic and condenser inputs, whilst offering 48 VDC phantom power to all mic channels simultaneously.

As well as the mic inputs, there is a range of balanced and unbalanced 1/4-inch inputs, as well as a Hi-Z input that allows you to directly connect a guitar, bass, or other high impedance instruments.

Mackie ReadyFX

Built into the ProFX8v2 is the ReadyFX digital effects engine, which gives direct access to 16 awesome reverbs, delays, and choruses that enable you to give any performance the lift it deserves. The control interface allows you to easily dial in the desired effect, which is indicated on the LCD display.

Built-In USB Recording and Playback

Mackie has included a USB port on the ProFX8v2, which allows recording to be sent directly to your DAW of choice for rapid capture during live and studio performances. There are subgroups available, or you can elect to go for a direct stereo Left and Right mix. There is a separate USB input level control for attenuating the signal during playback. Whether you’re at a party, at a gig, or in the studio, you can quickly playback tracks you’ve recorded with ease. There is also a “Break” switch that mutes all channels so that you can easily switch between playing music and routing the channel inputs.

Stands and cables

The Mackie Thump TH-15A PA Package comes with a durable set of PA speaker stands from Essentials with a black aluminium finish. Great for getting the most out of your Thump series speakers the stands can be adjusted from 1m to 1.85m. With a maximum load capacity of 40kg per stand, they can also accommodate a wide variety of speakers. Includes a protective bag for convenient transport.

Finally, a pair of 10 metre Stagg XLR to jack cables are supplied so that you can position your Mackie Thumps wide apart for the optimal sound.
